The English abbreviation NFC ("en-ef-si") stands for N ear- Field Communication or "Communication in the immediate surroundings" in Russian. This technology is used in modern smartphones to pay for purchases by attaching a smartphone to a payment terminal. NFC allows you to exchange data at a very short distance (up to 4 centimeters) between the smartphone and the payment terminal. Such a small distance makes it possible to ensure payment security and protection from interception of data.
NFC works similarly to PayPass from MasterCard or PayWave from Visa: the seller enters the amount of your purchase into the terminal and asks you to pay; you bring your mobile phone to the terminal, and after 3-4 seconds the payment passes. Telephones with NFC support on the market are more and more, as this topic is rather fashionable and for her future.
